Choose the correct additive

Check the product instructions and the vehicle manufacturer’s requirements before use. Do not assume that a treatment suitable for one fuel, oil specification or cooling system is suitable for another. If a warning light, leak, overheating problem or persistent running fault is present, diagnose the underlying fault rather than relying on an additive.
