This Delivery Policy explains the delivery services, dispatch estimates and address-based availability that apply when you order from AUTOMOTOPART LTD.
1. Delivery services and prices
Standard delivery on UK mainland orders is free (£0.00). Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm that the standard service is available for the address and to see the current delivery estimate before you submit payment.
2. Dispatch times
Orders placed by 5pm are dispatched the same working day where possible. Please allow up to 4 working days for dispatch because stock may be held at different UK warehouse locations or require transfer before it can be sent.
3. Couriers and tracking
We use a suitable tracked carrier for the parcel size, weight, packaging, destination and operational requirements. The carrier may differ between parcels, but this does not add a delivery charge after purchase. Where tracking is available, the tracking details are sent after dispatch.
4. Multiple parcels
An order containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels when products are held at different warehouse locations. Tracking may be provided separately for each parcel.
5. Address-based availability
Delivery availability is confirmed by checkout for the address supplied. We do not request an additional postcode surcharge after an order has been placed. If checkout reports that the country or region is unsupported, or does not offer a delivery rate, please do not submit the order; contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.
Some destinations, including the Channel Islands, are not currently supported by the online checkout. Delivery to those destinations is not offered unless we confirm it with you before an order is placed.
6. Collection
Orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations and customer collection is not available.
7. International delivery
International delivery is available only where checkout offers a delivery service and price for the destination. If no rate is offered, please contact us before ordering.
