This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when items purchased from AUTOMOTOPART LTD may be returned and whether a refund or replacement will be offered. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Consumers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel an order, you must notify us within this period by contacting Contact: info@automotopart.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned goods must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction where returned items show signs of use, fitting, or damage.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible by emailing info@automotopart.co.uk

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return.

6. Return Postage Costs

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

7. Business Customers

Orders placed by business customers are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. Returns are accepted strictly at our discretion.
