Job records
Forms should capture vehicle identity, date, technician, authorised scope, readings, parts, torque or inspection confirmation and outcome where relevant. Avoid free-text ambiguity for safety-critical checks.

Surface preparation
Remove loose dirt, then clean with a method safe for the substrate and adhesive. Let it dry completely. Do not label hot, wet or fuel-contaminated surfaces.
