Part identification
Use VIN, engine and steering gear codes, then compare pump outlet, rack port, formed bends, flexible length and bracket positions.
Right-/left-hand drive changes rack port location. Air conditioning, turbocharging and subframe variants alter heat shields and routes.
Fluid specification

Chafing and routing
Engine torque, steering and suspension travel move the line relative to body parts. Original clips set both clearance and flexible loop.

Installing without twist
