After parking and chocking, push-check only from a safe exterior position for movement. Any lifted base, deformation, creak or misalignment means no access underneath.

Secure the raised vehicle before anyone goes below

Apply the parking brake and the transmission/gear condition specified for the vehicle, switch off, remove/control the key and chock the wheels left on the floor in both possible directions.
