Tork: understand the range before choosing

Do not force a near-sized roll into a housing or remove its core unless the supported feed method requires it. If paper tears, jams or dispenses in bunches, stop and check the reference, feed direction, tension, core and cutting edge rather than opening the dispenser to improvised modification.
W1 stand rolls and bumper formats
Tork identifies W1 as its wall/floor/standard wiping system. The current blue 340 m Heavy-Duty bumper roll aligns with official reference 130070: two ply, 36.9 cm wide, 37.5 cm diameter and 1,000 sheets. Its width and diameter differ substantially from 23.5 cm combi rolls, so metre length alone cannot establish dispenser fit.
Load a W1 floor or wall stand according to its diagram, with the axle seated and cutting bar guarded and intact. Position stands clear of traffic, sparks, rotating machinery and wet floors. Pull only the required amount and cut without wrapping paper around a hand or component. A high-capacity roll controls refill frequency but still needs dry, covered stock and periodic dispenser cleaning.
Wiping Paper Plus and heavy-duty combi rolls
The 255 m Wiping Paper Plus references appear in white single/twin and blue twin-roll packs. Tork's official records distinguish white 130042 as a single W1/W2/W3 roll, white 130041 and blue 130052 as twin W1/W2 formats. The live titles do not show item codes, so verify the reference before assuming a white 255 m roll supports W3 or that every twin pack does.
Heavy-Duty Wiping Paper uses 170 m combi formats in blue single and white twin packs. Official blue 130073 is two ply, 23.5 cm wide, 500 sheets and identified for W1/W2/W3; the full reference governs compatibility. Choose paper for supported spill pickup and hand wiping, but use task-specific low-lint or non-abrasive material where a paint, optical or precision process requires it.
Three-ply industrial paper and cleaning cloth rolls
The blue industrial reference is two 119 m, three-ply rolls. Tork's official 130081 record gives 350 sheets per roll, 23.5 cm width and W1/W2 use, with a strong texture for oil, grease, lubricant and dirt. Bulk and wet strength do not turn paper into cut-resistant or heat-protective PPE; use gloves and controls selected for sharp or hot hazards.
The one-ply Heavy-Duty Cleaning Cloth rolls are listed at 106 m in white and blue. Current official blue 530237 and white 530137 data use 106.4 m and W1/W2/W3 compatibility. Confirm the item code and solvent compatibility before use, especially on paint, plastics and bonded surfaces. Do not return a used cloth to a clean dispenser or reuse it across incompatible chemicals.
Toilet rolls and singlefold hand towels
The washroom portion comprises 36 two-ply toilet rolls with 200 sheets each and fifteen 250-sheet packs of green singlefold towels. These count-based products must be matched to holder diameter, core, sheet width, fold and dispenser stack depth. Premium or Advanced wording cannot prove fit. Never force folded towels into a roll dispenser or use a workshop wiping roll as toilet tissue.
Clean and dry the dispenser before refilling, remove only enough packaging to load it and avoid touching the dispensing face. Rotate protected stock and keep it above the floor, away from leaks and chemicals. Toilet paper dispersal and drain compatibility still depend on the exact product and plumbing or waste system; workshop cloths, wipes and oily paper must never be flushed.
Clean storage and contaminated-wipe control
Separate clean refill storage from grinding, painting, oils, solvents and waste. Dust on a roll edge transfers directly to each sheet, while damp packaging can deform paper and promote unhygienic handling. Keep case labels visible so colour or length is not used as a substitute for the Tork reference and system ID.
Provide lidded bins or other containers suited to the absorbed material. Oil- or solvent-wet wipes can create fire and exposure hazards; isolate them from ignition and follow the chemical safety data and site waste plan.
